Topic: Profile Editing Error

Whenever my users or I go to edit our information section of our profiles, we get a strange error stating "Sorry, you cannot subscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator."

As well, whenever we try to enter our Yahoo Instant Messenger screen names in the field, it's erased as soon as any of us save the settings. Is there any way to fix that at all? The error message is obviously responding incorrectly seeing as there is no field to alter relating to forum subscription whatsoever in the Information tab of our profiles.

Is it a fresh install? After what actions did this error appear?
