Topic: Can't connect to MySQL using wampserver

hi i'm new here.. i'm also new to mysql and php.. i just downloaded punbb 1.3 and i have wampserver 2. during install, an error was encountered.

it says:

Unable to connect to MySQL and select database. MySQL reported: Access denied for user 'SYSTEM'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

The error occurred on line 44 in C:\wamp\www\pun\include\dblayer\mysqli.php

i was just filling the form incorrectly regarding the database username. big_smile
