Topic: Is there a way to theme PunBB / any documentation on this?

I want to apply my own website header and footer to the PunBB forum. I was unable to locate any documentation on this. Is there any? Where should I start to poke around?

You need to edit the file "<FORUM_ROOT>/include/template/main.tpl". Add your HTML code in this file.
