One of the members reported that he could not register as the site rejects him when attempting to register. On the same time when I tried to register him I get the message that the username and e-mail address already exists. The interesting thing though is that his username does not appear on the memberlist. I am at a loss...

If verifications of new users is enabled and the user does not verify his registration, he will not appear in the userlist, but you can find him via the search users mechanism in the administration.

Thank you very much! Unfortunately, he is not listed as a user and thus I cannot find him through the search mechanism. Any other ideas?
