Topic: 1.3 crash after indexing in admin panel

Hej.
I have forum PUNBB 1.3 a , I update1.25. Everything was perfect, but..

After turn ixdexing in admin panel site stop and I see masage :

An error was encountered

Note: For detailed error information (necessary for troubleshooting), enable "DEBUG mode". To enable "DEBUG mode", open up the file config.php in a text editor, add a line that looks like "define('FORUM_DEBUG', 1);" (without the quotation marks), and re-upload the file. Once you've solved the problem, it is recommended that "DEBUG mode" be turned off again (just remove the line from the file and re-upload it).

I will do it and then I see something like:

An error was encountered

The error occurred on line 1387 in /home/oswietlenie/ftp/forum_oswietlenia/include/functions.php

Database reported: INSERT command denied to user 'oswietlenie'@'85.128.200.111' for table 'qa_online' - check your database quota (Errno: 1142).

There is way to repair the site?

Have you checked the permissions of MySQL user "oswietlenie" at your remote DB?
