On the Wiki page you can  able to find the Punbb page, in that page you have to put the bangla language and find the list. Then you have easily install and open the windows downloads updates. I have translated the language pack to Bangla. This is the easiest way to install the Bangla language in Punbb. Then, but i don't know how to work it. If possible anybody can tell.
