Hi,
i've found EasYProfileFields Extention, but i've a this problem

Notice: Undefined variable: db in xxxx/public_html/admin/extensions.php(176) : eval()'d code on line 3

Fatal error: Call to a member function table_exists() on a non-object in xxx/public_html/admin/extensions.php(176) : eval()'d code on line 3

Dou you have some suggestions to resolve it?
