Topic: incomplete install

I have recently updated my club forum and have this error message.

IMPORTANT! The extensions listed below were found in the extensions folder but are not available for install or upgrade because the errors displayed below were detected.
Loading of extension "gdfonts" failed.

Missing manifest.xml.
Loading of extension "lang" failed.

Missing manifest.xml.

I assume the message here is connected to this problem...

PunBB updates: The latest attempt at checking for updates against the punbb.informer.com updates service failed. This probably just means that the service is temporarily overloaded or out of order. However, if this alert does not disappear within a day or two, you should disable the automatic check for updates and check for updates manually in the future.

Sorry, but I am new to this and don't understand the procedure very well but I can see manifest.xml along with each of the named extensions - I reuploaded them anyway, but it hasn't made any difference. Any idea what I've done wrong?

Check again: are there files of the extension in the "<FORUM_ROOT>/extensions/gdfonts" directory?

Okay, thanks. Well, something changed. Now it says...

Element extension/id does not match the extension folder name.
