Topic: is it possible to change main admin totally to other user?

hello. if I registered as first and admin user and have used this user to talk in forum, is it possible to set other user as admin as powerful as this first admin user and is it possible to remove admin rights of first admin user.

or answer other question, please, though probably i can check it out myself:
do all users of administrators group have equal privilegies?
i think yes.
if yes, it is possible to make other user administrator.
