Topic: punBB language programing

Hello friends,

Sorry for my bad english!

I just loved the simple way punBB works, another big company's are using this great system. I'm php programmer at Brazil, I would like to expand this software here, but I would like to ask a few question before anything. Thanks for your help.

1 - Is punBB OO programing?
2 - It's easy to customize a new modification? Is there many rules like xml rules or templates cache's...

Thanks again, for sure this is the best BB software.

Ps: I came from phpBB, too much kings with phpBB sad

Easy if you know CSS
The style by default is Oxygen  (in folder 'style')

Is there any C# version of this application?
I have a need to extend my existing application to add fprum features mediating through webservice calls. Security should be utmost concern. Can some one from PunBB team or any user of it can guide me of the flexibility of extending PunBB.Net
