I would like to request some features for PunBB.

1) Ability to choose if thread starter post is highlighted. For example, the thread starter replies to someone; the thread starters post would be highlighted a different color.

2) HTML Block Between first post and other posts. An optional option that would allow admins to insert a HTML block between the first post of a topic and the rest.

Its easy may be implemented as extensions.
