They are an overseller. On the frontpage it says you can have 10 gb on your site, but in the terms of use this sentence can be found:
There is a 10 MB file size limit.
With other words, you just can't have 10 gb of space. 
lol even premium providers do the same !!!
sir if you want to upload 5gb files then take yourself a dedicated server
