Is there any way to shut down a forum? It is causing a lot of problems at a school. It is creating a lot of problems with bullying.  Is it possible to shut one down?

关闭一个论坛？是你个人的还是一个公共论坛？...要是别人搭建的不就只能举报了吗？自己的...就只见关掉它咯...
