Topic: LDAP authentication required for Punbb

Hi,

I have working LDAP setup for TWiki application. Now, i need to use same auth integration for punbb?

Could some one detail the steps for LDAP authentication in Punbb.


I have searched for the extension availability, but couldn't able to find it.

I am new to this forum. if this is not the correct forum category to post this discussion, please suggest the route. :-)

We have not implemented LDAP authentication.

is there any other way to achieve this? or atleast, will it possible to authenticate with apache http basic?

I need some way to combine both twiki and punbb forums to use common authentication (SSO).


Appreciate if you can provide better solutions or any other alternative.

You can write extensions. It is best way.

ok, I have written an extension to contact LDAP for user verification before connecting punbb database.
