What file/folder lets me add text to Profile/Personality page

Want to add to: "Compose Your Signature. A signature is a small piece of text that is attached..."  Have been through every file/folder looking for this paragraph, no luck.  Anyone know where this text is so I can add what I need to the paragraph?  Thanks!
