Sorry! The page could not be loaded.
Unable to write configuration cache file to cache directory.
Please make sure PHP has write access to the directory 'cache'.
It's already installed.

Give permissions to your cache directory. strange i didn't needed that, try giving 755 permission, if that doesn't work then 777.
Note, i am not really familiar with the permissions stuff, there might be some security stuff, wait for someone else reply.

though yor ftp console, or even cpanel, download filezilla if you dont have ftp console.

Im 14 and mum doesn't allow me to download anything.

If you are using Firefox, you can use FireFTP addon.
And WTF? Download IS package (like COMODO, which is free), and if you have brain your computer will be safe.
Download managers in browsers allow also only opening (not downloading) files. Do so with (if it exist) portable version of X software.
