Topic: Moderator "You do not have permission to view these forums."

When my Moderator logs in he sees "You do not have permission to view these forums."   Admin, members, and guests can see the forums.  The moderator has been assigned the forum but he can't read it.  What's up ?

He is a moderator of a forum, but has he permission to VIEW specified forum? You can check this by editing this specified forum.
If everything is OK, what extensions do you use?

Thanks for the help.  As admin I found the 'Allow users to view the board' setting in the Moderators group configs.  It seems like this should be allowed by default.
