Topic: Index returns 500

Hi,
I'm having a little problem : The index page returns a 500 error, except when I'm logged with my administrator account that I set up during installation, and only with this account.
Does anyone has an idea on how to fix this ?

What extensions have you installed? What's your forum URL?

And I only have three extensions : BBCode buttons, Colored usergroups and Private Messaging. I tried to unistall them, doesn't change a thing.

Please, give us your server error logs.

I just checked, Apache logs don't mention it.

Install a new PunBB forum on the same server and if possible another forum software (like phpBB, SMF). If everything will be good, write yo your hosting provider.

I already tried to reinstall punBB, and I wanted to stay on punBB, but yeah, I'm probably gonna change for some other software.
And, since I am my hosting provider, I don't need to write anything. smile

No, I pleased you to try another forum software to check that everything is OK with your server. But... I think it's probably caused by bad configuration.

I 'd ever met that error. and my advice is : change your hosting provider.
