Topic: Notification of any new post or reply

I want my admin to get notified of any new topic or reply to a topic. I'm sure that it is a setting in there somewhere but can't find it so far sad

Administration » Start » Forums » Edit forum
but don't see any such setting.

In each forum there is a "Subscribe" link on the blue label.
