Topic: cant make the sw work

Hi, I want to start but dont know how, I have the admin folder in my site , now what to do? I already tried to download the folder and make a a link from the word comments to a page in the folder
but I dont know which page and what happen after? Is there a simple flowchart somewhere where it tells do 1. 2. .....? Any idea?
