Not allowing to post new topics.

Hello,

This is my first post. I've just installed the script and it works fine, thanks

There is just one feature i would like to add : i don't want peoples to post new topics, but just answer to existing ones.

Up to new i've found just one solution : replacing the "Post new topic" text by ""

But it also prevents the Admin from posting new topics

If you have any idea on how to do that.

Have a look in the admin interface under "Permissions" :)
