Topic: Users get blacklisted after error

I'm using the latest update from Punbb and I got trouble with certain errorcodes (Which dont block the forum btw) and users that are put in the firewall from my webhost, keeping users getting "auto-banned" which I cannot lift myself. When I ask my webhost to deblock them, he claims they are doing weird stuff. This happened after my webhost increased the security on all customer sites.

It's really hard to confinse him to deblock people, but its too easy for users to get blocked. My forum will die this way.

I noticed the following error messages myself, especially during EDITING posts.

Notice: Undefined index: Edit topic in /home/<>/public_html/forum/edit.php on line 201

Notice: Undefined index: Edit topic in /home/<>/public_html/forum/edit.php on line 216

The auto-ban usually occurs when editing large posts with many bb codes.

Ask your hosting provider disable this protection on the forum.

Asked, they said no. There isn't something I can do to make this work?

Change host to more sane.
