Well, removing the copyright is allowed. However, changing it so that it appears as if someone else has copyright for PunBB is not allowed.

tobeanqel: Perhaps you could change it to "All content © Copyright 2003 Tobeanqel". That way, it doesn't appear as if you are the copyright holder of PunBB.
