is it possible to create a private forum for registered users only?? but still have other forum that guest can read and post in.
this function is available only for mod/admin.

no, not at the moment at least...
or... you might be able to use the Extended Forum Access Mod, and add all registered to those forums ... will be a bit of work ... but probably worth it if you really like to ... and I guess it's possible to do a script that does it for you...
