Is there a like&dislike system for PunBB that we can use?
that would be awesome If we give abilities to our forum users to like and dislike forum posts.

Ясно. Рука не поднимается дать ссылки, из нескольких расширений не знаю ни одного нормального

I do not understand what you said but system like this:
for example, I can like your post by like button, and at below of your post, there should be who liked your post for example
umuterogul likes this.
and there should be a dislike button as well.
