Topic: How do you post images from local computer

How do you post images from your local computer ie. say i had an jpg on my desktop and i wanted to upload it into the message? I clicked on the link below message for instructions but I am still confused. More or less, I am looking for an example.

There is no way of attach files to your message, but there's a mod

You don't. Usually BBs allow you to link to an already existing image that's somewhere else on the web. Avatars are an exception since they're displayed with every messate. Signatures could be argued to be the same case, but outside of that...

There's an attachment addon somewhere, but I don't even know what it does. You might try checking it, though.

Thanks, that explains a lot. The add on looks tempting but I dont know if i can deal with maintenance of the expanding file size. I will just stick with ref to other sites for now.:)
