Topic: SMTP -Got an error message ??

Hi,
i cant send any email . I get this error message :

Error: Could not connect to smtp host "smtp.starfieldtech.com" () ().

its probably some wrong with  a php-function...cause i can send via the smtp-server with other programs( outlook) , Anyone got a clue...?
