Me and a friend have a forum and he messed it up and now im getting errors

Ewww, its PHPBB!!
Looks like he chmod changed something. Dont know much about PHPBB so cant help. Only advice I have is to re upload the scripts, and leave the db alone, so you dont loose your posts.
