Topic: I would like to know how I can modify this forum even more?

Hi all.

Im new in here but i have installed this forum on my site because i would like to modify it to do a specific job.

This is what i would like it to do.

I want the general public to be able to submit topics under specific catergories. They must register so that they can have a profile which i can modify so that it only contains their contact details.

In their topic i dont want any detasils except their profile link.

I dont want the navigation at the top except the login and profile link not do i want the stats at the bottom. All i want is for people to be able to place topics and then others can view them if they are a particular ranking or member.

Can something like this be done? Any help would be appreciated.

You can set up permissions so that users need to register to access the forums, in the admin panel.

You might have to modify viewtopic.php

You'll probably have to edit index.php to remove stats.  For nav stuff, it's in functions.php under generate_navlinks()
