Re: Poll: What browser do you use?
Yes, my IE crashes rather frequently. However, FF has never crashed on me. I haven't been using it as much as IE, but still.

I'm using Opera 7.54 for Linux currently.
...as long as people at least try to make stuff that works on more than one browser
Absolutely agreed

links (graphic) or dillo... and Firefox (or Konqueror) when more power is required
hmm.... hmm..........
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
links and dillo? the two browsers that hardly suport PunBB?
funny.......
Gary: I have never tried dillo, but PunBB works fine in links.
It does? Hmm.... but as you know, nothing works for me
With links2, I don't need to start X, here is a screenshot of this forum in my console...
Why starting x only to use ff? Links2 supports FrameBuffer, X, javascript, ssl, tables, frames... It is nice!
(sorry about my english )
I use FF all the time.
These are the stats from the 1st Sept 'till today for the last website I've developed:

Thanks, my collection grows :)
Note to Links users. As far as PunBB 1.2 is concerned the chances of it working properly are somewhere between unlikely and negligible. Not unless Links can cope with floating divs.
here is an online viewer for lynx: http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.html

I just tried 1.2 in links and it works quite well. Sure, viewtopic is a bit of a mess, but it's definately usable.
I would love to see a pic of viewtopic in Links though I think I can guess what it looks like; kinda vertical would be my assumption.
ff 0.9.3 for sure
Some screens: elinks, links, links2 (fb), lynx...
I've been using Mozilla for over year now and I just recently switched to Firefox 1.0. I think the two are definately better than Internet Explorer.
I have yet to find a site that these two aren't compatible with.
i use Firefox most of the time. Switch to IE6 to view some microsoft's fans sites.
i use Firefox 1.0PR to surf and IE for my web development...since most of the visitor to my website use IE...the pain is i must make my site look great on all type of browser sigh...
Firefox 0.9.3, I love it.
Haven't tried 1.0PR yet though, worth try it?

I upgraded to 1.0pr from 0.9.3 yesterday. It seems faster and I haven't had any crashes or issues yet. I did start with a fresh profile, just copied bookmarks.html and cookies.txt from the old profile.
