I need "Bug Tracker" ,multi language writen in php Free and easy like PunBB.

I have many projects, i need clients post bugs and i check if done or duplicated or etc...
i download all bug trackers in hotsctipts.net and sourceforge.net
ther is not one has code as simple to modify it to work in arabic or full multi language, as PunBB,
before i choose PunBB i download about  30 forum or MB and test it all, i need the same way for "Bug Tracker" (or Help Tickets in other name)
