When a banned user logins on the day the ban is lifted he/she gets the message:
You are banned from this forum. The ban expires on Today.
It sounds weird, and you would maybe like to know when today...

I tweaked it a little bit. Example:
You are banned from this forum. The ban expires at the end of 2004-09-22.
or
You are banned from this forum. The ban expires at the end of today.
Not perfect, but I can't think of anything else.

So it's based on days and not exact time?
