Topic: Quick Question

I noticed that you have to register to post a new topic but do not need to register to post a reply.  Can you alter this option in the admin panel to force any reply to a post must require registration as well?

It's in permissions:
Guests may post replies       Yes    No

Allow guests (not registered users) to post replies to topics in the forum.
