Topic: Special keyboard setting

Help Help Help

I am trying to set a special keyboard lay-out for my language in the PunBB forum< I have no idea where to put them (new with php). I need to incclude in New Post, Quick Post and Reply the special keyboard lay-out is only 4 radio buttons and I like to put them in the title line right after like: Post new topic or Post a reply or Quick post ....  (Button1 Button2   Button3   Button4).  Anyone can help me with this ?
