Topic: Guest permissions

How do I allow guests to edit and delete posts, and to delete topics? Basically what I want is to give guests and all registered users moderator privileges. This is for a private forum behind a .htaccess password, the password is only given to a few trusted users, who will use the forum as "guest". The forum will not have any registered users, exept for "admin".

I also need to know how I can make the forum so that guests can post messages without giving an e-mail address.

Should be rather simple with a little mod (or maybe just a database change) in PunBB 1.2. In 1.1 however, it will be a lot of work.
