An error was encountered
Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. Too many connections.

I'm getting this error quite often 3/4/times a week

I think it is the server(its not mine , a hosts)

Is it posssible to transfer my forum to another server?

How easy is it to transfer my forum to another server and does anyone know how to transfer a domain name?

Try changing p_connect in your config.php from 1 to 0.

I opened the config .php

it read

$p_connect = false;

was this correct ?

Ah, my mistake. I forgot I changed it.

Then there's not a lot you can do other than complain to your hosting company.
