Topic: Install new language

I downloaded the language file and uloaded it to the lang folder. Now what? Can't see anything on the forum that says "Language selection", "Standard language" or anything. Where exactly do I use the language on my forum after i have uploaded it in the lang folder (as the "en" folder, a new "no" (norwegian), is there now, in the lang).

you set it in config.php on 1.1.5 change en to no

in 1.2, it seems that users will be able to choose their own language.
In 1.5, the choosen language in config.php is for every users.
