Topic: Another bug : unable to enforce language :(
So there is the problem ...
I download punBB 1.2 : default language is ENGLISH
I download the FRENCH package : and even when I choose FRENCH in admin, forum STAYS in english ...
what's wrong ?!

OK ... I see the bug : ALL USERS are now with UPDATE in ENGLISH MODE !!!! 
So ... is it possible to have a solution to apply on whole members ?!

in the same line could it be possible to set it to only english cuz i dont hve the french language installed and now user register to my forum they choose french and they get error

logically, if you only have english in /lang, users do not have the possibility to choose french.
To put everybody in english, you can use the plugin 'langage and style'
Can you give me the adress of your forum. I want to try if I got the same error.

no it cool i did not have the french lang pak in only a french folder dont know why it was there but i installed the language pak now its cool
