Great stuff. It needs a few small updated though. Things I changed after the beta.

common.php:
- Added a few extern.php definitions at the end (see english pack for details).

index.php
- The string 'Forum is empty' is now called 'Empty board' and the new definition is 'Board is empty'.

topic.php
- Added strings 'Online' and 'Offline'.
