I have got on my site PunBB and osCommerce. How I can integrate those two applications to have the same login?

Does osCommerce have a plugin system?
Maybe someone at the osCommerce forums has written a bridge to another forum and this code can be modified to use PunBB. I'm just speculating, I don't know.

Yes, there is a bridge between osCommerce and phpBB, but I didn't find for PunBB

Looked at it, it's a text file with instructions on how to go about adding an osCommerce user to the phpBB database.
Maybe someone here on the forum might want to give you a hand to adapt it to PunBB.

I can't help unfortunately, I wouldn't know where to start I would love to see integration between oscommerce & punbb though. Is anyone out there able to do this?
