Topic: putting posts in different forums

sorry if this has been covered...couldn't find using search

is it possible to take a good thread out of a forum and put it into another...only seems like "edit" or "delete" exists as options for Admin.

can we retitle threads too? Better for SE positioning if we can change titles like "oh wow...." and "I think...." into something more descriptive. Possible?
