Topic: Upgraded... but still says I run an old version.

Quick question... I just finished the manual upgrade using the hdiff files for 1.2.2 > 1.2.4

Everything seems to work fine, but in the admin. controls, when I "check for upgrade". It says that there is a newer version of punBB. Is this normal? Is there something else I should change? Thanks.

you can either run the upgrade script included with 1.2.4 or download the version changer plugin

you do realise that if you manually edit the files you still need to run the upgrade script?
