How do i use the smtp funktion? I use windows, please help. I really want it. Or is it a way to disable it from the forum. ?

sorry that doesn't make sense, if you want to use SMTP enter the details in the boxes if you don't then leave them blank

Connorhd i dont have a smtp server, and i dont know where to get one 
This is the error msg i get:
Warning: mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in D:\www\forum\include\email.php on line 91
I dont have any smtp server .

If you don't have access to an SMTP server, how are you supposed to send e-mail?
What if you don't put anything in those fields?

its not punbb its your php setup, you need to give SMTP details to php for it to be able to send mail at least if you don't have a local mailserver

you need to open php.ini and enter SMTP details
OR
enter SMTP details in your PunBB config

Connorhd what is my smtp details? i dont have any smtp server or what it is, at least i dont think so :S
