I could not find where i could edit/change nav links 
i dont like index sign so i wanna change it to something else, maybe forums or something.

to change the text of the current ones you can edit the language files, to add links you can use additional links in admin options, and to edit existing links you will need to edit generate_navlinks() { } in functions.php

do not try to add more in functions in admin options find "Additional menu items"

And if you want to change the text "Index" to something else, you have to do that in the language files. Probably in lang/English/common.php
