I have install correctly the forum but the administrator pannel don't work
I have this error :
  An error was encountered
  Error: Unable to fetch table status.

Is there a solution ?

we could probably do with some more information...

turn on debug mode - http://punbb.org/forums/viewtopic.php?id=2658 and paste its output
and what version/type of database are you running?
