i remember having seen someone post about it but sorry about posting about it again did not find the thread
so here is my problem i can seem to get the space in between the username+avatar and the online status to be the same color if you want an image ask me ill post one or if you know where is the thread about the guy who ask the same thing ounce post me the link please
its set by the border colour on post left/right i think?
Correct, its the left border of .postright. This has been changed in 1.3 because it was confusing the hell out of everybody, now both columns are set just using background colours and it is possible to put a narrow border between the two columns.
cool, i assumed it was so that both columns looked like they were 100% height
It was but there is a different way of doing it.

is it in the /* 3. BORDER COLOURS */ section of the xxx_cs.css file
Its in /* 2 BACKGROUND COLOURS */
Just set the colour of the left hand border for .postright to the same colour as the background colour for .postleft. There is a comment on it which says its the colour for the left column.
