I converted our forum yesterday to PunBB:
http://forum.smoovenet.com/forum/

This was by far the easiest conversion I've done so far!  I enjoy the lightness of PunBB and it's not too clunky with soo many features like other boards.  I describe this board like Mozilla Firefox... no frills with the ability of add-ons.
