Topic: Bug making links from url's

PunBB has a problem with url's with strange characters it seems. It only affects the automatic link-generation. When the url-tags is used, the link works fine.

Example:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_(artist)

Example with tags:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_(artist)

it has been discussed before i think, the conclusion was ( ) are not proper url characters

If the URL is properly formatted, it works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_%28artist%29
