Board footer

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './cache/akarra_cache/cache_quickjump_1.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/mypunbb/public_html/forum/basic/footer.php on line 83

I am getting this alot and thus changed it to a www. (not sure why it isn't working) Will this fix it you think or what is the problem?
