Topic: Search Function doesnt work

everytime Search is clicked .. the followoing error is displayed

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /www/f/host/htdocs/bb/search.php on line 45

here are lines 44 and 45 of code for search.php

OOOOOOOOOH Never Mind
for some reason my search file had only 45 out of 800 lines of code, i have just uploaded the complete file.
